We are currently aware of an issue where registering a new account using a @gmail.com email address is not possible.
At this time, Gmail appears to be the only provider not receiving the account confirmation email. Registrations with other email providers are working normally.
We have checked our mail configuration and have not yet identified the cause of the problem. We are actively investigating the issue.
Current status:
- ✅ Registrations with most email providers are working.
- ❌ Gmail users are not receiving confirmation emails.
- ❓ Cause currently unknown.
If you are trying to register and use a Gmail address, please consider using an alternative email provider temporarily if available.
